DESCRIPTION OF ALUNI STUDENTS ACCOMMODATION SERVICE
ALUNI is a Company that offers accommodation for University students, Erasmus students, Summers camps and Spanish courses, in apartments, rooms or shared flats, in Spain (Madrid, Valencia, Seville) and Peru (Piura).

All shared flats are fully equipped and, in addition to bedrooms, provide a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and at least one bathroom.

The apartments are normally shared by three or four room mates, in single or double rooms.

It is not the duty of the students to see to the occupation of the other bedrooms. The prices of each room range from € 230 to € 490 monthly in Madrid, and from € 150 to € 320 in Valencia, and from € 200 to € 360 in Seville (the difference in price refers to the difference in size, quality and location of each apartment).

The university apartments are not mixed, unless the reservation is made by a group that occupies all rooms during the same period of time.

The price also includes a weekly cleaning service as well as the maintenance of the apartment and its appliances.

ALUNI is much more than an “Agency for students” because it does not confine itself to offering flats of its proprietors, rather it ensures the fulfilment of the contracts during their life, so that the rights of the guests are taken into consideration.

ALUNI is a solution that combines the best of the rooms for rent services, with the best of the students residences and the University Colleges. Properly Aluni's contract is a guest room contract.

ALUNI also offers ''solidarity accommodation'' with an elderly or sick person that requires nursing for a monthly rent from € 30 up (the price varies in proportion to the attention the needy person demands).

Moreover ALUNI offers the possibility to accommodate oneself with a family in Madrid or Valencia, where the students form part of the family they are staying with.

The minimum duration of stay is 90 days during the academic year (from the first of September until the 31 of March) and 30 days when you stay between the dates of April 1st until August 31st. When staying with a family the minimum duration of stay is 30 days all the year round.  

All proprietors who are working with us offer their apartments at the conditions laid down in the contract provided by ALUNI that describes all rights and duties of the guest. This contract is standardized for all apartments.

You can reserve accommodation in any of our offices, or via internet filling out the application form.

ALUNI only charges € 72 per student for administrative purposes that is to be paid upon arrival in Madrid or Valencia at the nearest ALUNI office

  We would like to guide you step by step how to choose the student accommodation by showing you the best possibility of price, the distance from the University or the Study Center, the fully-furnished accommodation, the size of the room and the student communal area in the shared apartment.

  First step, you should fill out the Student´s Request Form where you need to provide us your details and your email address. Once we received your request we will reply you as soon as possible and we will offer you the list of the available student accommodations based to your requests, either for the accommodations available in Madrid, Valencia or Piura. Please feel free to pass your feedback of our offers by give us other options of the accommodations or other prices of the accommodation or other University area. We will follow up your feedback with new possibilities of the student accommodations based on your options and again you are able to check them from the internet.

  ¡All this process is FREE!, if you do not convince with our student share-accommodation, it is our pleasure (from Madrid, Valencia and Piura) to be able to assist you and we wish you all the best! In the other hand, if you are interested to our student accommodations in Madrid, Valencia or Piura, you should make a Reservation of the accommodation. It is important to read the Student´s manual carefully before you make the reservation.
